One Charter Customer's Experiences... | |
About this page:
After over a year of repeated and numerous attempts to work out an issue with
Charter
Communications, Inc., a threat of termination of service if I didn't
stop speaking to Charter representatives out the problem, and numerous
unreturned phone calls I find it necessary to publish this information.
It contains communications between Charter Communications and myself
covering these issues. It is my sincerest hope that this site will
help lead to a change at Charter that will help all Charter customers.
Short of such change, ever Charter stockholder should demand a full
change in management or risk having Charter follow Adelphia's lead. |
