• Jerri Pechal, 68, of Cary, NC died Monday, September 2, 2002 from complications from cancer.
  
  She graduated from St. Elizabeth's Academy Convent Station, NJ and Fairleigh Dickinson University, Rutherford, NJ where she majored in biology and mathematics.
  
  Jerri Pechal taught mathematics at Millbrook Middle School and Enloe High School for 30 years, she also was employed at J.C. Penney for 30 years as a night manager.
  
  Jerri Pechal is survived by her husband, Frank Pechal of Cary, a son, Dr. Frank Pechal of Aiken, SC; a daughter, Nancy Lineberger and her husband, Vern of Charlotte, NC; a daughter, Kathy Sobering and her husband, Barry of Orlando, FL and a son, Douglas Pechal and his wife, Sia of Lubbock, TX. She is survived also by 11 grandchildren and a sister, Sally Sisco.
  
  She loved her students and spent a great deal of time helping them with their personal problems.
